GlobalWafers America
+

GlobalWafers America will be GlobalWafers newest, largest, and most advanced Silicon wafer manufacturing facility. This fab addresses two major issues facing the semiconductor production process and the entire supply chain of consumer goods.

  • Significant increase in silicon wafer production.
    • Virtually all semiconductors are built on silicon wafers.
  • US-based production of silicon wafers.
    • Current US-based production is significantly lagging US-based semiconductor production, requiring import of most silicon wafers.

The fab will encompass the entire silicon wafer manufacturing process from seed to finished wafer and has the space to grow for the next 10 – 30 years.
